Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 12, 2026

This policy explains how Prime Time Fulfillment handles personal information we receive from Amazon when we ship orders on a seller's behalf. We are a third-party fulfillment provider, which means the buyer's account relationship is with Amazon. We receive only the information Amazon sends us to get the package to its destination.

What we receive

When you place an order on Amazon that we fulfill, Amazon sends us the information needed to ship it: your name, shipping address, phone number, and email; the order's identifiers; what you bought; and the carrier service you selected at checkout. We do not receive your payment information, your browsing history, or anything outside of what is required to print a shipping label and confirm the order.

How we use it

We use this information for one purpose: getting your package to you. Specifically, we use it to print the shipping label, hand the package to the carrier, and tell Amazon when the order has shipped. We do not use buyer information for marketing, advertising, profiling, or analytics, and we do not resell or share it outside of the shipping workflow described below.

Where it is stored and how it is protected

Buyer information is stored in an encrypted database hosted in the United States. The fields most likely to identify a buyer — name, email, phone, and street address — are individually encrypted at rest with AES-256 using keys held in AWS Key Management Service. Access is restricted by role; only the processes that need to read the data can do so, and every read and write is recorded in an audit log. We back up the database daily to a geographically separated location, and backups are encrypted before they leave our server. We do not transfer buyer information outside the United States.

Who we share it with

The only parties that see buyer information are Amazon (the source of the data) and the shipping carrier handling delivery, typically UPS, USPS, or FedEx. The carrier sees only what it needs to deliver the package: name, address, and tracking number. We do not share buyer information with marketing partners, data brokers, other Amazon sellers, or any third-party analytics, advertising, or CRM provider.

How long we keep it

We keep buyer-identifying information for 30 days after the order is delivered. After that, the buyer's name, email, phone, and street address are overwritten in our database. The order record itself is preserved for our operational and financial history, but it no longer contains anything identifying the buyer. Encrypted backups follow a 30-day daily and 12-month monthly retention schedule, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

If you are an Amazon buyer and want a copy of the information Amazon shared with us, or want it deleted, please contact Amazon. Amazon is the controller of your account and the appropriate channel for any data subject request. If a verified request reaches us through Amazon Seller Support, we will honor it promptly and trigger an immediate anonymization of the order in question.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our handling of buyer information changes in a way that affects what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, or how long we keep it. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
